Do I have to pay sales tax?

We ship in such a manner that the recipient should not be charged any customs or duties, however we cannot be held responsible if such fees are imposed by the recipient’s government. They are generally minimal if they are imposed, however.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Express delivery services are offered at discounted prices.

We try to process orders within 1-2 business days.

The customer is responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly when the order is placed. Any shipment returned to us as undeliverable or refused will be charged the actual cost of shipping charges.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal using a secure payment processor. Luxy Wrap does not store credit card information.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide to most countries around the world.

I'm having trouble choosing between a few colors, can someone who has seen them in persone help me?

How do i take care of my wrap?

We recommend hand wash your wrap with shampoo in lukewarm water. Press (don’t twist or wring) the excess water out between two dry towels, then lay the wrap flat on a dry towel and allow it to air-dry.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

Domestic Shipments (within Turkey)

  • Domestic shipments normally take 1-2 weeks to arrive from the date of shipment.
  • If a domestic package has not arrived within 1-2 weeks of the ship date, please contact your shipping carrier, as they may have more information regarding your package. If they are unable to assist you, please contact us.

International Shipments

  • International shipments normally take 2-4 weeks to arrive from the date of shipment. In some cases, delays out of our control arise causing packages to take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive.

US – about 2 weeks

UK & Europe – about 10 days

Australia – about 3 weeks

  • If a package has not arrived within 8 weeks of the ship date, please contact us. International customers have a maximum of 90 days after their order has shipped to request any compensation regarding a package lost in the mail.

Can I get a full refund for the return?

We will offer a full refund only for your returned items but not for the unreturnable items and shipping fee.

In general, we will try to be as flexible as possible on your returns. However, please note that customers are responsible for insurance fee, original shipping postage and return postage.

Returns will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt of your package. An email will be sent to notify you once your refund has been processed.

When the refund is returned back to your original payment way:
If you have paid by PayPal, the refund will reach your PayPal account within 3 working days; if you have paid by credit card, it will take about 14-30 working days for the refund process to be done by your card bank. Please kindly noted that we are unable to control the speed of your card bank.

How do I return / exchange items?

You have 30 days from the purchase date to decide if an item is right for you. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective merchandise purchased from luxywrap.com for return.

You may please pay attention to Luxy Wrap Returns Policy and contact our CSR by indicating which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

If the item you’re exchanging costs less that your original purchase we will refund you the difference.
